Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Pray Pandit, we are committed to providing reliable and satisfactory spiritual services to our customers. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before booking any puja, ritual, consultation, or product through our website.

1. Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of their booked puja or service up to 24 hours (1 days) before the scheduled Puja date and time.

  • Cancellations made before 24 hours of the scheduled service may be eligible for a refund, subject to approval.
  • Any cancellation request made within 24 hours of the Puja schedule will not be eligible for a refund.
  • No refund shall be provided for cancellations made on the same day of the Puja Tithi, Muhurat, or scheduled service.
  • Once pandit arrangements, puja samagri preparation, travel arrangements, or service allocations are completed, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

To request cancellation, customers must contact us through email at info@praypandit.com with complete booking details.

Eligible refunds, if approved, will be processed within 24 hours through the original payment method.

By booking any service or product through praypandit.com, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.


2. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • If Pray Pandit fails to deliver the booked service or product within the committed timeline.
  • If a technical issue, server error, duplicate transaction, or payment gateway failure results in unsuccessful booking confirmation or incorrect payment processing.
  • If payment is deducted from the customer’s account but the booking is not confirmed due to technical reasons.
  • If the requested service becomes unavailable from our end after successful payment.

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after booking confirmation.
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer.
  • Delays caused by natural events, religious scheduling changes, weather conditions, government restrictions, or unavoidable circumstances beyond our control.
  • Non-availability of the customer during the scheduled service timing.

All refund decisions shall be final and subject to verification by our support team.


3. Payment Policy

All orders, puja bookings, consultations, and spiritual services available on Pray Pandit are processed only after receiving advance payment or full payment confirmation.

  • Services may be delayed or cancelled if the required payment is not completed successfully.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment and contact details during checkout.
  • Payments can be made through secure payment methods available on our website, including:
    • Online Payment Gateway
    • UPI Payments
    • Debit/Credit Cards
    • Net Banking
    • Cash (if applicable)
    • Cheque (subject to clearance)

We use secure third-party payment gateways to ensure safe and encrypted transactions for our customers.
